Madhuri Jain was born on February 3, 1994 into the "Jain" family from Pondicherry that has no connection to the film industry. Madhuri is the daughter of Ajith Kumar Jain and Keran Devi Jain. She has three older sisters, Manju, Poram, Monica, and a younger brother, Aashishe jain. She moved to Chennai to complete her graduation. Madhuri height 169 cm (5 feet 4 inches) and weight 43 kg. Career

Madhuri Jain is one among the Miss South India 2017 finalists. She also did advertisements for many brands. Madhuri made her debut with a 2020 romantic comedy web series Triples, where she played one of the leads Mythili. Co-stars Jai, Vivek Prasanna, Rajkumar, Vani Bhojan, and Namita Krishnamurthy. It was released through Disney + Hotstar on December 11, 2020. She was then given the female lead role in Sivakumarin Sabadham. Madhuri is also the lead alongside Hiphop Tamizha Aadhi. She signed her second film Boomika along with Aishwarya Rajesh directed by Rathindran R. Prasad in 2021.
