Navin Kumar is an Indian film actor who has appeared in Tamil language films. He made his film debut in Malayalam cinema with Money Ratnam. Navin started his career in Tamil cinema with Purampokku Engira Podhuvudamai and then appeared in several Tamil films such as Vanna Jigina, Masala Padam, Bhooloham, Maayavan and Mr Local. Navin is best known for his role as Shiva in the TV series Idhayathai Thirudathe in Colors Tamil.

Navin Kumar is a Indian Actor, who is working in Tamil & Malayalam film industry. Navin made his acting debut in the Malayalam film "Money Ratnam" along with Leema Babu, directed by Santhosh Nair and produced by Raju Mathew. He first appeared in Kollywood as an actor by playing a supporting role in Siddharth Roy Kapur’s production venture Purampokku Engira Podhuvudamai in 2015. In 2015, he appeared in three Tamil films such as Vanna Jigina, Masala Padam and Jayam Ravi's Bhooloham. He was also cast in Veera Sivaji with Vikram Prabhu and Shamili. Navin made a discovery that a Police Officer after appearing the function of Sundeep Kishan's friend from The 2017 movie, Maayavan, the movie featured his alongside other actresses like Lavanya Tripathi and Akshara Gowda. He had two releases in 2018, the martial arts and self-defense film Ezhumin and action flick Vandi. He then performed in Mr.Local, a romantic comedy film written and directed by M.Rajesh. The film stars Sivakarthikeyan and Nayanthara in the lead roles. Navin Kumar currently doing the leading role in Idhayathai Thirudathe serial along with Bindhu in Colors Tamil.
